Suggested Use:
Begin your ceremony by striking the bowl gently with the mallet or playing it around the rim, letting the tone fill your space. Next, pour your cacao into the cup/bowl. Slowly stir with the spoon if necessary, as you set your intention, then sip with presence—allowing each vibration to open your heart and align your energy. When empty, you may play the cup again with your mallet.
