How Does Your Shipping Work?
When placing your order, please note the following:
We cannot send large items to PO boxes (including shipments through UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc).
For all orders within the USA, please allow 2- 4 weeks for delivery, unless specified in the product listing in the shipping tab. Each order is hand-picked and packaged carefully according to your order. Orders outside of the USA may require additional time for delivery. Any duties incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. Regrettably, we are unable to estimate the cost of duties.
Expedited shipping is not recommended and generally not offered as we cannot guarantee shipping times, especially outside of the USA. Please note that shipping for singing bowls and singing pyramids cannot be expedited. If you would like expedited shipping for other items, it's best to place separate orders. If you have an urgent need and specific date deadlines, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure we can accommodate it.
If you have not received your order within the time frame listed, then please contact us to check on the status of your shipping.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an confirmation e-mail for your order.
This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the purchase.
We take 1-5 business days to process and pack your order before shipping. Most orders will be sent tracking information by email once your order has shipped or is closer to being delivered to you. Please don't be alarmed if you don't receive tracking details immediately. We hand pack and check our items before shipping.
We are US based, but we have artisans across the world crafting our products in countries where they have specialties. Your items may come from different warehouse locations in the USA, UK, Australia, and also the crystal and quartz capital, Donghai, China, and India, so they may not arrive together in the same package or on the same day.
Wrong or Incorrect Addresses
Life Changing Energy cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Should an address be incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase even if they are unable to retrieve the package.
If the address is incorrect and the delivery is refused or unable to be completed, then the order will be returned to Life Changing Energy for reshipment, the customer will bear the cost for re-delivery and shipping charges.
To avoid these costs, we recommend you double check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and in full prior to ordering.
Please ensure your PayPal account details are up to date including your shipping address.
