Does Life Changing Energy offer guarantee to their customers?

Of course! If you're unhappy for whatever reason with your product, you have a certain number days from receiving your order to return the item, unless it's a hygiene item or marked as non-refundable. If you ever have problems upon receipt of your item contact us as soon as possible at support@lifechangingenergy.com so that we can fix the issue. 

In general, if we don't hear from you within the allotted time listed on your product page, we consider your sale final. 

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your style from the dropdown menu on the product page then click the “Buy It Now” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.

How do I check the status of my order?

We’ll send you your tracking number as soon as your order is getting close to you.

In most cases order processing takes between 24-96 hours.

How long does delivery take?

We know the feeling of waiting for an awesome product to arrive, so we get them to you as fast as we possibly can!

Please keep in mind that we are a small business, not a huge manufacturing facility. We lovingly hand pack every item and infuse them with intentions and reiki. Your item may come from a warehouse in the USA or overseas. If you have any questions about that, please ask prior to placing your order.

Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, there are items that can take more than 4 weeks for delivery. Some items take less than a week. So it all depends on what you ordered. Shipping times are listed in your product's listing and you may receive more than 1 package for multiple items.

Some of our products are shipped from our overseas supplier direct to you. In the event that there is a customs charge, this will be the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot predict if you will be charged or how much the amount is. 

Do you deliver products internationally?

Life Changing Energy ships some products worldwide -- you'll know when you checkout if the product can be shipped to you. If you get the notice that an item can't be shipped to you and you think it's an error, please contact us at support@lifechangingenergy.com.

I've placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? 

Since we have a few different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item could be shipped separately. So you'll may receive one item before another. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything if your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. 

If your item is returned to us due to incorrect address, you are responsible for the re-ship fee which varies per product. There are no product refunds for items returned due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.

We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.
