Fundamentals of Color Therapy for Chakras

The Chromasonic Chakra Alignment System is based on the idea that colors, being different frequencies of light, can influence our mood and well-being by balancing our energy centers. In the context of the chakras, each of the seven main energy centers is traditionally associated with a specific color. The following table summarizes this correspondence:

Root (Muladhara)

Red

Base of the spine. Connects with stability, security, and survival.

Sacral (Svadhisthana)

Orange

Lower abdomen. Center of creativity, sexuality, and emotions.

Solar Plexus (Manipura)

Yellow

Upper abdomen. Related to personal power, self-esteem, and willpower.

Heart (Anahata)

Green

Center of the chest. Governs love, compassion, and relationships.

Throat (Vishuddha)

Light blue

Throat. Associated with communication and self-expression.

Third Eye (Ajna)

Blue

Between the eyebrows. Center of intuition, wisdom, and imagination.

Important Note: It is crucial to remember that, although this association is a prevalent concept in many practices, there is no conclusive evidence demonstrating a direct and universal correlation between these seven colors and the chakras. The practitioner's interpretation and intention play a fundamental role.

SUGGESTED USES

1.- PURIFICATION AND ALIGNMENT OF CHAKRAS WITH QUARTZ TIPS

The objective of the quartz points is to purify and align the chakra system, taking as a reference the electromagnetic spectra created by the quartz points and their color. The chromatic radiation will be refracted through the quartz points. These will create an electromagnetic torus that will promote order and harmony in each energy center:

1. Cleansing: Ensure the quartz points are cleansed of any previous energies, for example, by passing them through incense smoke, washing with water, or with intentions. Make sure to protect the metal part from touching water. 

2. Place the seven points in the seven corresponding spaces of the instrument. To do this, screw the points in from their metal base.

3. Alignment of Positions: Turn on the seven colored lights. Align the focus of each color refracted through the quartz point to the position of each chakra of the patient, who is lying on the treatment table.

4. Begin focusing your attention by placing your hands on or above the root chakra, which is red. It is recommended to play harmonious sounds in the background.

5. While focusing your attention on this energy center, you can guide the patient to also focus their attention on this chakra. To facilitate this, it is advisable to share a few words about the characteristics and virtues of this energy center. You may ask them to visualize the color filling their body.

6. Repeat the same procedure progressively, starting with the root chakra (red), then the sacral chakra (orange), solar plexus chakra (yellow), heart chakra (green), throat chakra (light blue), third eye chakra (blue), and finally the crown chakra (violet).

7. This technique can be combined with other techniques that enhance the experience, such as Reiki, chakra meditations, visualizations, etc.

HARMONIZATION AND REPROGRAMMING WITH QUARTZ BAR CHIMES

The objective of this method is to program the chakra system by modulating the coherence of the electromagnetic spectra created by the quartz bars, their sound and color. The information field that modulates these spectra is the client and practitioner's intention and consciousness:

1. Cleansing:

Ensure the quartz points are cleansed of any previous energies, for example, by passing them through incense smoke, washing with water, or with intentions. Make sure to protect the metal part from touching water. 

2. Place the seven quartz bars in the seven corresponding spaces of the instrument. To do this, twist the bars as follows: from the longest in the red position to the shortest in the violet position.

3. Focus your attention by placing one hand on or above the root chakra, which corresponds to the color red, and gently and consciously tap the center of the quartz bar with the other hand using the tapping mallet.

5. This is a very important moment because here the practitioner will place information within the chakra system. This information is the intention projected from their hand to the patient's chakra and is based on what they intuitively feel benefits and supports the patient's well-being.

It is key to use the information gathered during the initial conversation with the client. Therefore, it is recommended to mentally or in writing record information at the beginning of the session about the client's emotional state and problems. This information will help you project the intention.

6. Repeat the same procedure progressively, starting from the root chakra (red), then the sacral chakra (orange), solar plexus chakra (yellow), heart chakra (green), throat chakra (light blue), third eye chakra (blue), and finally the crown chakra (violet).

7. After completing this vibrational passage through the seven chakras, the session can be closed by consciously awakening each part of the patient's body with breathwork, similar to what is done in yoga when emerging from deep relaxation.

Remember that the above are suggestions on use only. There are as many applications as there is in your imagination. Let your intuition guide you, along with knowing your client.
