TO USE:

1. Remove silver collar from flashlight tip
2. Remove rubber ring and clear round disc
3. Select the crystal point you want to use and place it in the flashlight
4. Put the rubber ring back
5. Screw the silver collar back into the flashlight - be careful not to screw it in too tight and crack or damage the crystal's attached disc. 
6. Click the flashlight to select constant or flashing/strobe effect. 
7. Use on the chakras, run along the meridians, light up your room, etc.
