What Is NOT Covered
❌ Intentional Damage
Any damage caused deliberately by the owner or another party.
❌ Improper Use or Mishandling
Including incorrect operation, storage, or use outside intended guidelines.
❌ Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Any work performed by non-authorized service providers.
❌ Acts of Nature
Floods, earthquakes, fires, hurricanes, lightning, or similar events.
❌ Extreme Environmental Exposure
Damage caused by environments the system is not designed to withstand.
❌ Loss or Theft
Lost or stolen items are not covered.
❌ Cosmetic Wear
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functional operation.
Repair & Replacement
If a covered component cannot be repaired, it will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or greater-value component, at our discretion.
Replacement components may be new or refurbished.
Coverage applies to functional performance, not cosmetic condition.
