The following is for example purposes only. Use your imagination and creativity to create your own strategies.

PURIFICATION AND ALIGNMENT OF CHAKRAS

In this first part, the "quartz points" method is used. The objective is to purify and align the chakra system, taking as a reference the electromagnetic spectra created by the quartz points and their color. The chromatic radiation will be refracted through the quartz points. These will create an electromagnetic torus that will promote order and harmony in each energy center:

1. Cleansing: Ensure the quartz points are cleansed of any previous energies, for example, by passing them through incense smoke or placing them in a container of water and sea salt without the metal touching the water.

2. Place the seven points in the seven corresponding spaces of the instrument. To do this, screw the points in from their metal base.

3. Alignment of Positions: Turn on the seven colored lights. Align the focus of each color refracted through the quartz point to the position of each chakra of the cliner, who is lying on the table.

4. Begin focusing your attention by placing your hands on the root chakra, which is red. It is recommended to play harmonious sounds in the background.

5. While focusing your attention on this energy center, you can guide the client to also focus their attention on this chakra. To facilitate this, it is advisable to share a few words about the characteristics of this energy center.

6. Repeat the same procedure progressively, starting with the root chakra (red), then the sacral chakra (orange), solar plexus chakra (yellow), heart chakra (green), throat chakra (light blue), third eye chakra (blue), and finally the crown chakra (violet).

7. This technique can be combined with other techniques that enhance the experience, such as Reiki, chakra meditations, visualizations, etc.

HARMONIZATION AND REPROGRAMMING

In this second part, the "quartz sound bars" modality is used. The objective is to program the chakra system by modulating the coherence of the electromagnetic spectra created by the quartz bars, their sound, and color. The information field that modulates these spectra is the practitioner's intention and consciousness:

1. Cleansing: Ensure the quartz bars are cleansed of previous energies by passing them through incense smoke or placing them in a container of water and sea salt, ensuring the metal does not touch the water.

2. Place the seven quartz bars in the seven corresponding spaces of the instrument. To do this, twist the bars as follows: from the longest in the red position to the shortest in the violet position.

3. Focus your attention by placing one hand on the root chakra, which corresponds to the color red, and gently and consciously tap the center of the quartz bar with the other hand using the tapping mallet.

5. This is a very important moment because here the practitioner will place information within the chakra system. This information is the intentionprojected from their hand to the client's chakra and is based on what they intuitively feel benefits and supports the client's well-being.

It is key to use the information gathered during the initial conversation with the client. Therefore, it is recommended to mentally or in writing record information at the beginning of the therapy session about the client's emotional state and problems. This information will help us project our intention.

6. Repeat the same procedure progressively, starting from the root chakra (red), then the sacral chakra (orange), solar plexus chakra (yellow), heart chakra (green), throat chakra (light blue), third eye chakra (blue), and finally the crown chakra (violet).

7. After completing this vibrational passage through the seven chakras, the session can be closed by consciously awakening each part of the client's body with breathwork, similar to what is done in yoga when emerging from
