These Chakra Energy Chimes are the offspring of wind chimes - they have evolved over several cultures and civilizations where they were used to bring you calm and peace. The specific frequencies emanating from these chimes help to balance your chakras that enrich your physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Here are some ways to incorporate chimes as a part of your daily rituals:
You can use your Chakra Meditation Chimes like the Tibetan monks to begin and end a meditation session. The pure, resonating sound from the chimes help to cleanse the aura of your room. This will set the stage for a therapeutic session, yoga, massage, meditation, or sound baths.
You can also use chimes for cleansing chakras. Use one sound to target a specific chakra or use all 7 for a full-body cleanse.

Choose from 1 Unit with 7 Chakra Chimes or Set of 7 Individual Chimes with striker and velvet pouch. Note: black 7 piece chime has 3 matte finish chimes and 4 shiny finish.
Prior to purchasing, please watch and listen to the video of the chimes below. The Heart and Throat chakra sound very similar but are different frequencies.
Note: aluminum is a soft material and bamboo splinters easily -- marks on the bars are normal and bamboo wood grooves may have small imperfections. Neither will affect the frequency or sound. Chime bars may shift during shipping. You can gently move them back into place.
Tones based on these original source frequencies (rounded to 1 decimal):
1st chakra (root) makes use of 194.18 Hz (Earth - Day) and it helps to release fear and guilt.
2nd chakra (sacral) makes use of 210.42 Hz (Synodic Moon) and it enables change.
3rd chakra (solar plexus) makes use of 126.22 Hz (Sun) and it enables transformation.
4th chakra (heart) makes use of 136.10 Hz (Earth - Year/Eros) and it helps one connect to others. THIS FORK IS ALSO KNOWN AS THE OM FORK.
5th chakra (throat) makes use of 141.27 Hz (Mercury) and it encourages expression and solutions to problems.
6th chakra (third eye) makes use of 221.23 Hz (Venus) and it encourages the intuition to be awakened.
7th chakra (crown) makes use of 172.06 hz (Earth - Platonic Year/Chiron) and connects you to the Divine and The Universe.
