This 18 inch Tibetan foot bowl is big enough to stand in whether a child or adult. Our handmade foot bowl is hand hammered by artisans in Nepal and sent directly to you from Nepal.
Tibetan singing bowls are often used in spiritual or religious settings to induce meditation or relaxation through the resounding vibrations and pleasant sounds it produces when played. They can also be used in sound therapy to promote healing and treat various illnesses.

To wash cushion and bag, please use a gentle detergent with vinegar and/or dry with damp water and vinegar cloth. You may also set out in the sun to get rid of any dampness.
Diameter of bowl: top - approx 18 inches, bottom approx 13.5-15 inches. Sizes can vary as these are as handmade items. Foot art approx 9 inches. Bowl can fit up to 10 inch foot flat in bowl.

If you see a notice that we are in production mode, it will be approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery.
If any of your items are damaged during shipment, please send us a photo and let us know within 10 days of receiving so that we can replace your bowl, otherwise, we consider the sale final.

I absolutely love everything about this bowl!The experience of standing in it and feeling the vibrations is amazing! The bowl is very heavy and is very well make and exquisitely etched. It came well packaged and was even wrapped in Tibetan newspaper. It comes with a carrying bag and matching ring cushion as well as two mallets that make distinctly different sounds. One is used for when you are standing in the bowl and creates a deep, low frequency and strong vibrations. The other creates a beautiful, clear ring and can be heard for a long time! I will be using the bowl in Soundbaths both as an individual experience as well as an instrument during the sound sessions. I am very happy with my purchase and the quality of the bowl!
