These are not just tuning forks.
This is where frequency meets application.
You’ll notice right away that even though they share the same frequency, they are not the same experience. Size matters.
Why These Are Different
All forks may be 128 Hz or 93.6 Hz…
But what changes is:
- Weight
- Size
- Tine structure
- Vibration pattern
Think of it like this:
Same note. Different instrument.
What 128 Hz is Used For
128 Hz is one of the most widely used frequencies for on-body sound work.
It’s known as the “workhorse” frequency for a reason.
Benefits of 128 Hz:
- Supports bone conduction (travels deeply through the skeletal system)
- Helps stimulate circulation and tissue awareness
- Commonly used around:
- Ankles
- Knees
- Sacrum
- Spine
- Sternum
- Encourages nervous system regulation
- Promotes a feeling of:
- Grounding
- Stability
- Being “back in the body”
This frequency is also used clinically to test vibration sense—
which tells you just how effective it is at moving through the body.
If someone is only choosing one fork, this is usually the one.
What 93.96 Hz is Used For
93.96 Hz is connected to the Schumann Resonance, the Earth’s natural electromagnetic frequency.
It is derived by bringing the base frequency (7.83 Hz) into a usable octave:
- 7.83 Hz × 12 ≈ 93.96 Hz (rounded to 93.9 Hz)
Benefits of 93.96 Hz:
- Supports grounding and Earth connection
- Helps promote calm and stability
- Often used for:
- Nervous system reset
- Emotional regulation
- Meditation
- Trauma-informed work
- Encourages a sense of:
- Safety
- Stillness
- Coherence
This is a beautiful complement to 128 Hz—
working more with the field and energetic balance, while 128 Hz works more physically.
Why Larger Weighted Forks Are Better
These are designed for on-body application, not just sound in the air.
1. Deeper Penetration
Heavier forks drive vibration deeper into tissue and bone.
- Larger = deeper, more grounding
- Smaller = lighter, more surface-level
2. Longer Sustain
The larger the fork:
- The longer it vibrates
- The fewer times you need to re-strike
- The more consistent the stimulation
3. Stronger Mechanical Vibration
More weight = more energy transfer into the body.
This creates a more noticeable and effective experience for clients.
4. More Professional-Level Work
Larger forks allow for:
- Deeper joint work
- Nervous system regulation
- Chronic tension areas
- Full-body grounding sessions
The 3 Size Options (Why You Actually Want Them)
This is where most people get it wrong.
They think:
“Why not just get the biggest one?”
Yes… it works.
But different sizes give you different results.
Large
- General practitioner use
- Wrists, ankles, elbows
Feels: balanced, versatile
3 Tine Large
Because of the 3-tine structure, the vibration:
- Spreads out more
- Feels less sharp
- Becomes more diffused
Best for:
- Nervous system calming
- Vagus nerve work
- Clients who don’t like strong pressure
- Knees, hips, spine, sacrum
Feels: deeper, more grounding
Extra Large
- Deep bone conduction
- Chronic areas
- Nervous system down-regulation
Feels: heavy, anchoring, powerful
If you only want one, this is typically the go-to.
Why Practitioners Choose a Set
Because this isn’t about having duplicates.
It’s about having tools.
- Different body areas need different contact
- Different clients need different intensity
- Different goals require different vibration styles
It’s the difference between:
Having one dumbbell…
or having a full set.
Available Options
- 128 Hz (multiple sizes)
- 93.96 Hz (Schumann resonance-based)
- Individual forks
- 3 Piece Full practitioner set

Note: Our tuning forks are made of aluminum, which is a soft metal, great for harmonics and sound healing. Because of the softness, there could be an occasional small mark or scratch. Rest assured, the tuning fork isn’t damaged, nor is the tuning off. It can happen during packing by the manufacturer, or during shipping and handling. It does not impact the effectiveness of the tuning fork in any way. Color may vary depending on devise settings.
