An ocean waves sea drum is a musical instrument that imitates the sound waves of the sea. Inside the drum, there are small metal beads or pellets that move back and forth when the drum is tilted or shaken, creating a sound similar to the rolling waves of the ocean.
To play the ocean waves sea drum, the player holds the drum horizontally and tilts it back and forth, causing the beads to roll across the bottom of the drum. The clear head allows the player to see the beads as they move, adding to the visual effect of the instrument. The sound produced by the drum can be varied by adjusting the speed and angle of the tilt, creating different rhythms and patterns.
The ocean waves sea drum is often used in meditation and relaxation practices, as the soothing sound of the rolling waves can help to calm the mind and promote relaxation. It is also used in music therapy and as a musical instrument in various genres of music.

I love this item as it combines aspects of an ocean wave simulation, a tambourine, and shamanic (tribal) drum. You can use your hands to drum it or use different size rubber mallets to create many different tones and tone depths. You can even use mallets while tilting it slightly to create a rattle effect to your drum session. Even if you want to create the sound of ocean waves crashing on the shore during a storm or just the gentle slow ebb and flow of the tide this ocean wave drum has that covered too. Either way you use it you can't go wrong as you will always create a symphony of sounds. Great product and well worth it!!

I love the way it sound. I even use it when I am alone and need to calm down from a long day at work. I am looking at how I will be able to use it when I am doing my sound bath. I do recommend Life Changing Energy to my friends that are looking for drums and more items.
