The Sound Healer Launch Collection Refund and Return Policy

Refund & Return Policy

Because the Sound Healer Launch Collection includes both digital course access and physical sound healing instruments, all purchases are subject to the following refund and return terms.

Digital Course Access: Access to the included digital certification courses is provided after purchase. Because digital educational content cannot be physically returned once access has been granted, the digital course portion of your purchase is non-refundable.

Physical Instruments: Due to the nature of this specially bundled offer, we do not accept returns or exchanges on instruments because of a change of mind, preference, or selection after an order has shipped. Please carefully review your choice of 432 Hz or 440 Hz and any optional bowl upgrades before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: We absolutely want your instruments to arrive safely and correctly. If an instrument arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lifechangingenergy.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Shipping Damage: Please retain ALL original packaging until you've inspected your instruments. We will require photographs of each side of the packaging, interior, and damaged item in order to submit a claim with the shipping carrier or manufacturer.

Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled before digital course access has been granted and before the physical portion of the order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Once you access any portion of the digital course content—even if you only log in to peek, preview, browse, or “just check it out”—the digital content is considered accessed and the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Likewise, once your physical instruments have entered processing or fulfillment, the order cannot be cancelled.

Please be sure you're ready to begin before accessing your course materials, as accessing any portion of the digital training makes the purchase non-refundable.

Bowl Tuning & Color Selection: Your purchase includes the white bowl set tuning (432 or 440 hz) and an optional color upgrade at checkout. Please verify your selection before submitting your order. Optional premium bowl upgrades are also non-refundable once the order has entered processing and fulfillment.

Sound & Appearance Variations: Sound healing instruments may have minor variations in tone, pitch, finish, texture, dimensions, markings, bubbles, or appearance inherent to their materials and manufacturing process. These normal variations are not considered defects.

Package Purchases: The Sound Healer Launch Collection is sold as a bundled promotional package. Individual components cannot be returned separately for a partial refund, credit, or cash value.
